Some Quick Information

Recommended: Distribution Lists are used to send the email to multiple team members at once  – no login required – for simple email distributions to notify a large group. (Free)

Shared Inboxes are used when multiple people need access to the same mailbox, such as a company information or support email address, reception desk, or other function that might be shared by multiple people AND can reply as that email. (Free)

These mailboxes will drop into your outlook sidebar as another email account and you will be able to ‘Reply As’ this email address.
Access will be controlled by O365 admins.
